You have to come to our location at the agreed time. There we will take care of the paperwork and give you the keys to our RV.
While booking an RV you will have to pay the deposit (300€) in order to confirm your order. It will also act as a security deposit that will be returned after the rental period if no problems occur.
For renting a RV you need to bring your drivers licence.
That depends. All our cars have insurance. If you are not the guilty party, insurance will pay for the repairs, and we will organize a replacement if necessary. If you are a guilty party, we will send a replacement, and you will have to pay the fees according to our terms and conditions.

You should dispose of the chemical toilet wastes at a central disposal point, common in camping and caravanning sites, or by disposal to the foul sewer.
One of the best places to find potable water is at the local campground, travel centers, petrol stations, and Bestcaravan stores around Finland.
You can exchange those bottles easily on campsites, gas stations, and stores. The bottle must be the same model as the one in the RV.

The address to return the RV to is Kummelivuorentie 8a, Espoo, 02330, if not agreed upon differently.
Please clean the RV from your personal belongings and any rubbish.
You also need to return the RV to us with a full fuel tank and full gas bottles.
